Relax and de-stress

What a sumptuous treatment I had with Paula today. Scrubbed from head to toe with special bamboo and sea salt granules left my skin tingling and fresh. Then the body wrap of essential oils to detox and I was cocooned and left to relax and de-stress from the chaos of the season. A quick cleansing shower and a massage with beautiful moisturiser that left my skin supple and fresh. Nothing is ever a rush with Paula, plenty of time to relax and enjoy a cuppa and a chat whilst having a pedicure. Thanks Paula for a beautiful body treatment that left this old girl feeling very pampered. Linda xx
